"Awards for ALL"
The society has received a grant of £4047 from the
‘Awards for All’ programme. This is for four specific items:
- The purchase of two timpani to start the formation of a
percussion section for the orchestra.
- Notice Board for outside West Park Church.
- Create a web-site.
- Purchase a computer for record keeping and use of music
programmes.

The concert that was to be held on Friday 30th November has
been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. However, the Usworth Youth Orchestra, and
guests, will be performing at West Park church in the New Year
......so watch this space! |
Opera
for ALL
Another successful evening, both musically and financially.
The concert was held in the church, and not the church hall as had been planned due to
repair work.
