Text Box: Fourth Anniversary Concert of Classical Favourites        28th February
Two hundred people supported this concert despite the inclement weather– six inches of snow and freezing temperatures.
Guest soloist was Deborah Sumner (Soprano) from Sunderland. Orchestra leader David McCourt played solo violin in the first movement of Mozart’s 5th violin concerto.
An excellent tea was provided once again between the afternoon rehearsal and the evening performance, and thanks are due to the members who donated the food.
